Engineering Services

The engineering services group is a leading provider of solutions for clean air and clean water applications to industrial clients. Its primary markets are the utility, oil & gas, chemical, steel, and pulp & paper sectors, as well as the municipal sector. All of the engineering services offered are based on proprietary technologies acquired from Lurgi, Lurgi-Lentjes, Thyssen EnCoke and Azurix, together with thousands of reference plants and applications. Our clean air group offers de-nitrification (NOx), desulphurization (SOx), de-dusting and gasification technologies, including special waste gas cleaning technologies for the destruction of chemical weapons. Our water group engineers, designs and builds water and waste water plants as well as sludge incineration plants.

The clean air business is provided through Envirotherm GmbH, Essen, Germany with its U.S. subsidiary Allied Environmental Solutions, Inc. , Columbia, MD. All water related engineering services are offered through Bamag GmbH with offices in Butzbach, Germany and Cairo, Egypt.
