Mr. Bulley has over 16 years of progressive accounting, reporting and finance experience. Prior to joining Allied in June 2008, Mr. Bulley was Manager of Reporting at Exelon (Kennett Square, PA), Corporate Controller at Planalytics, Inc. (Wayne, PA), and Internal Audit Supervisor at Comcast Corporation (Philadelphia, PA). Mr. Bulley began his career with the Assurance and Business Advisory Services Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Bulley received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Scranton where he graduated magna cum laude.
