Mr. Kremer has over 25 years of experience in financial and corporate management in public and private companies. He was the Director, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Metallgesellschaft Corp., New York, and an Executive Vice President of Metallgesellschaft AG, Frankfurt. He presently also serves as Managing Director of Allied Technologies GmbH, as President and Director of Puralube, Inc. and as a Board Member of the major subsidiaries of Allied Resource Corporation.
