Mr. Lipsch joined Allied in 2008 after nine years of investment banking, specifically in relation to equity offerings, equity-linked instruments and capital structure analysis. He was a Director in the Equity Capital Markets team at Credit Suisse in London and a Vice President in the Corporate Finance team at Merrill Lynch in London.
