Mr. White also serves as Chief Financial Officer of Puralube and Allied Syngas. Since joining Allied in 1995, Mr. White has participated in the formation and acquisition of several portfolio companies, and is responsible for evaluating acquisition candidates, conducting due diligence, securing debt and equity financings, and managing investor relations with institutional and private shareholders of Allied and its portfolio companies.
